Writing and receiving letters via virtual post

Writing and receiving letters via virtual post

I love receiving letters, cards and postcodes.

Often received; if written by someone on holiday; days after that person has returned home.

Use this space however you like as though you are writing a letter to someone with whom you relate to in real life.

You might want to say something to that person, or persons and not be given the opportunity.

Families can be so very judgemental and cause much hurt and pain.

This is a way of writing to tell someone how you truly feel; good or bad.

Just read along if this is not your style.

Carry on with your own preference of using the forums.

This is just an idea.

Sometimes we do not know that we might enjoy something different unless we try.

Writing letters can be very therapeutic and a special way of releasing pent up feelings without the person knowing.

Lastly, in writing a letter, you need not put their name or title.

You might like to address the letter as dear friend, or dear family member; dear doctor; dear psychiatrist; dear pet.

Think outside of the square and write about what you would really like to say.

Good luck

Sophia

Baby Tur had snuck in thier best friend Shaun the sheep, they were ready to play but it was a little cool that day; so Papa Tur let them run in their Pj's for a little while 🙂

oh laugh @Exoplanet

I love Shaun the sheep. I bought a dvd about 18 months ago.

How cute in their pyjamas.

I don't think that there are any sizes in sleepwear that would fit baby Tur and Papa Tur.

They both love playing and making new friends.

They welcome little bumble bee buzzing away as she plays.

sounding like happy humming lifting the mood.

EEyore was taken by surprise when the blanket was tossed aside revealing the two new arrivals.

He nor the others had ever seen turs before.

What on earth happened to their horns, thought Eeyore?

I certainly don't want to look like that.

I might keep my distance and observe from afar.

Tiggr was always inviting others along.

There seemed to be much confusion in the camp of the once upon a time merry troupe of friends.

The chocolate cake and scotish shorbread was divine and went down a treat.

Sandwiches have all seemed to have disappeared.

Tiggr washed up the platters and cutlery hoping that shiny clean, empty platters might drop a hint.

Someone might drop in soon to have a conversation and cheer him up...

He was a bit tired of having to go under the XXL green camouflage blanket every time that he wanted some company.

The Turs were very playful, he thought so he wandered over to where Shaun the sheep and Baby Tur were playing looking very warm in their pyjamas.

Note to self, thought Tiggr......I need some warm, cosy pyjamas.

Tiggr had heard sounds of one bell toll and some attempt of singing practise. random moments where one would do their voice exercises and another burst into high pitch singing.

Hmm much more practise needed he thought.

What was he doing in the concert ,.....he had forgotten......

He loved the oboe so might bring that along to practise night....

when was practise night?...

who was organising practise?...

who was working on wardrobe?...

who was his personal assistant>........associate director.....might have to inflate the title even more to get some help...

Baby Tur bounced across and hit him on top of his head with those odd shaped horns....

Tiggr was knocked out cold..........

Hello, Christopher Robin.

Tiggr had heard unusually loud banging intermittently; assuming that it was claps of thunder in the distance.

He had recognised as earlier mentioned, random sounds of vocal ranges.

The violin strings drifting across at varying times; carried in the breeze.

The odd bell ringing he thought must have represented church bells on the hour from afar.

Whilst being under an XXL, green camouflage blanket; external sounds are muffled and unclear. Take into account also there were varying noises of snoring interspersed with all other sounds that he heard.

He had not heard the flapping of bat wings from Horrace: (I can't believe that I forgot apprentice bat's name).

He had not witnessed the large wing span of a dark creature streaking across the sky as again he was under the blanket...

The fact that he was possibly unconscious also added to noticing anything at all after being knocked out by either baby Tur or Papa Tur.

The new additions to the group were amusing themselves outside of the camouflage blanket as they needed some fresh air and space.

Eeyore seemed to snore with the same rhythm as hee hawing when awake.

The Turs scanned the area where all friends had been and gone for food.

A few crusts and crumbs were all that they found.

They were aware that this large creature who had coloured his fur to hot pink was laying very still..........

They did not think very deeply at all and also seemed not to have feelings for others.

They had heard Horrace and Aloysius overhead and darkness loomed as Aloysius the ever so large and alarming, black flying creature dropped things from above.

They were out of there.

They had however, enjoyed playing with Shaun the sheep and baby goat. They were now following the scent of their new play friends as they had disappeared...

Where was Shaun the sheep and baby goat?.......

Was Tiggr to be saved......Had anyone of his friends noticed that his body lay very still? No signs of his body moving or breathing?................

Will

Hello @Adge

Transporting a piano and or harpsichord a tad too much for Aloysius no matter how large to take on.

These could be flown in by the strange metal, huge bird, with windows that flies through the air at great speed.

Horrace might have to ask Christopher Robin, the human how to arrange that.

Horrace was also peeved that there were no more curried sandwiches. He sulked as he wanted them all for himself.

Horrace went searching for Piglet, now in radiant colour, to ask ever so politely for his favourite sandwiches with the crusts cut off.

Is there any more please? (Oliver Twist possibly could enter the weird story; best not.......
