Do you have a good GP to start with?

It made a big difference when my GP was very clear & definite that I didnt have to stay with the one person that if it wasnt working to tell him ... it took a while for it to actually ... a year ... that he meant it .. and that I could have say ... keep looking ... dont compromise as it is your health at stake.
