Struggling with everything

Things just seem all too overwhelming, I wish it was easier and not as overwhelming but it is.

Family issues are still about and I haven't even heard from my own dad which really upsets me. None of my family understand my MH. I feel so alone. Constantly fighting voices because I'm distressed

Having heart surgery in 13 days is making me extremely anxious. I have many fears around that. It just feel all too unsettling.

I hate feeling this way. I feel so alone and unhappy.

I love watching Gymnastics too @Fluttershy1 @Snowie

Although I've not seen any in years.

No I haven't been watching the Olympics.

I think they're Amazing, & yes Very flexible.

It's normal & quite okay to feel scared about going into Hospital for Surgery.

I know it's not at all nice to feel that way.

I've had 4 major Bowel Surgeries (5 in total) - 2 of which were Emergencies.

I was scared out of my wits every time.

At least after the first 2 Surgeries I was - because many things went drastically wrong.

Otherwise it would have been just one Emergency Surgery - Without any of the next 4 Surgeries.

So I am Cheering for you....

@Fluttershy1sorry to hear that. It is not strange to be scared about having an operation .Have you got people in real life you can talk to?
