@Former-Member, they don't really listen to me, they tell me I'm faking it and that I'm just doing it for attention when I'm actually struggling. They have never cared. They don't even want to come to my heart op to support me. That has really upset me. I don't know how I feel about it all. I just feel like giving up sometimes. Am safe

Yeah @Fluttershy1 my dad had a hard time accepting I was going through something, but when he found out I was he was supportive and is supportive. To get to that my mum had to convince him. I always had a good relationship with my mother and she helped me get out of it and in to somewhat reality. I hope you find your way and if you need anything know that I'm here to chat. I love swimming too @Fluttershy1 but I'm not that good at it. I come from a family of competitive swimmers but I'm the one that let the side down. I prefer to compete on the ground!
