The numbness of my "life"

The numbness of my "life"

I'm so unmotivated, I get up every day and go through my life on automatic mode. I don't like they way my meds make me feel numb. I don't know what the point of going on is... I think no one would miss me if one day I just dissapeared.

When I don't take my meds, I'm over emotional and cry all day. When I do take them, I'm like a walking bot... Hate this life, why me?

I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling this way. Sounds very overwhelming. If you need to contact a crisis service you can call Lifeline 13 11 14 or 000 for immediate help.

Hey there @Orchid,

It sounds like you're having a really tough time right now. I have sent you an email as I am concerned for you.

Either having really intense feelings or none at all must be very tiring to deal with day in and out. How have you been coping so far?
