@Daisy3 Just be mindful that breathing methods are diferent for all. 478 for a big set of lungs perhaps may be different for a smaller person. I work on 345 in for 3 hold for 4 our for 5i'm a small bloke though. i just don't want anyone passing out on us hehe. look up on the APP store or playstore for Anxiety or breathing Cycle apps... they will help alot in my opinion.
Another good tip for Anxiety releif.. this is good in order to distract you from the imminant anxiety attack
While Maintaining your breathing practices remain calm and to help further ground yourself
1. Live in the Moment - Don't reject it, accept it.
2. Ground yourself. 4 things you can Hear, Smell, Touch, Taste (one of each)
3. Begin Breathing Cylces reminding yourself that you are OK, Safe and not in danger.
4.5 Positive Thoughts - get into a habit of allowing the positive thoughts in while keeping them negative ones supressed.
5. Connect to a safe person (a good trustworthy work mate or friend) he/she can help with the grounding process, your Goto when things get a bit to much.

Excellent News Daisy ! Leaps and bounds my friend...
AD's have numerous side effects, best bet would be to google your med and check side effects that way, i have heard some can cause Paulpatations yes. however please don't allow that to prevent you taking them, you may need to converse with your dr and see if there is another type available for you.
