I'm a bit low and tearful today. Had to let my beautiful boy cat go last night, he was in a bad way and I couldn't help him any more. I see my psychologist again next week (it's been 5-6 weeks) and I haven't achieved anything on my to-do list because of lockdown and depression. This afternoon I stirred my stumps and went out and got a hot chocolate.
