Hi to all here. I've been MIA lately as I went interstate to visit my kid and their family, but am back on deck now. Managed to do the trip without getting accelerated or depressed when I returned, but did have some big anxiety while I was there. Had a great support worker with me who was a strong support when I needed it.

Love the way this thread has developed. Look forward to joining in some more. Take care everyone.
