It is just the way my brain works, my own fault. My responsibility. I just wish I could be rational and see it for what it is. As @Shaz51 said about mr Shaz we over think. Unfortunately I have upset others with my thinking/reactions and was the reason I got discharged from the mental health clinic. Being told that they can't help you 😥 I am worthless. This is the only place I have felt safe to speak without judgement.

Thanks @Former-Member I think there are a few people who either aren't on FB else use different names. I might be able to ask mutual friends. There were some tradies I've used for house maintenance whose details I've lost, I don't remember their names. And I lost some medical specialists numbers but can Google them. It was a real shock to lose all that history. I'll use paper files and backups in future but so much seems to be in the cloud these days where we're dependent on the big tech companies. I've also been caught out by Gmail not giving me access to old emails. I'd almost rather lose possessions than lose my networks even though the network hasn't been there for me for a long time.

It sounds like you've been through a lot of tough stuff @Former-Member which understandably, have been a little emotionally taxing. I'm sorry, but glad to hear you've found a safe space here.

@Former-Member sending you hugs, you're not worthless you are valuable and cherished and have inherent dignity. Thankyou for being. We sometimes fear the worst and read into things when we're not well but that's the illness speaking. RESPECT, that's what I have for you and all forumites. Much love to you.
