Lol @GonePirate I’m going through hypomania myself. I’ve got bipolar I. Didn’t sleep enough last night very tired but keeping busy.

I totally understand when I’m manic I stay awake for days sometimes. My record is 7 nights sleepless.
I find that the meds I’m on help me sleep better.

I have been known to stay awake when manic too @BP1 . But yes the meds help. Slept 5 hours last night but just had a snooze. I’m not supposed to snooze in the day but I just nodded off.
Will take extra meds tonight. I’m hypomanic. Want to sleep tonight because I’m going to a friends place in the afternoon tomorrow and I need to be alert because we will speak Spanish. She’s from Argentina. i bought her a box of succulent cuttings as she collects them. She is lending me some novels and stories in Spanish for me to practice and expand my vocabulary.

It seems 3 nights of not sleeping is enough to tip me over @GezzaP @BP1.

High anxiety can keep me up

I didn't know boxes of .succulent cuttings were a thing. I've just propagated some from fragments I picked up at a community fete and neighbours' discarded green waste on nature strip's.
