@Appleblossom still overseas has a girl friend but is miserable, depressed. He told me his mind was sick .... I wish I could talk with the psychiatrist and find out what was going on.

Sorry to hear he is blaming himself for a sick mind. He did well at uni and having relationship. Sometimes we can feel the whole family system is sick, but it might be accumulated trauma. There could be so many things going on. I know a lot of young men are struggling with too much anti while male stuff in media and all the toxic masculinity blame games.
