Hi @Meowmy a run sounds good. My running days are over but I used to love it.

I have very low mood atm. Didn't sleep much last night in spite of prn med.

that was a flower from my bush, does not flower much

lack of sleep does not help our moods by afternoon my @frog so take one step at a time and have a cuppa xx
