Hi guys and welcome to the forum!
Anxiety can be a tricky one, as I find that treating the symptoms may not be getting at the underlying cause of anxiety. It goes without saying that tackling the root cause is the long term fix for anxiety. I think talking to people in your life who can support you on your journey is the way to go. Once you verbalise it, you start to take power over it and with support you’ll have a much better shot at managing your anxiety.
In the moment, breathing exercises helped me a lot. Mindfulness exercises are great too - a quick google will give you a heap of options and you can pick the ones that work for you.
In the medium term exercise is key to fight anxiety. Not only will the endorphins lift your mood, but over time it might just help to build some confidence in yourself.
Getting back to basic self care is also a good starting point. Get out of bed at the same time everyday, get outside in the sun often, eat well and exercise, make yourself a healthy routine.
Hopefully some of these tips help 🙂
