What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Yea I feel a little less alone being here. I am struggling a lot today since being out of hospital. I have nowhere to turn. It's been a week now and I can feel myself slipping backwards again. When will this ever end. I have to go back into hospital for another 4 weeks at the end of September.

im super busy atm, winter is generally a busy time for me plus ive picked up some studies as well so ive got alot to be thinking about. we are also in a strict lockdown area so cant really do much anyway

i have had a read and seems you havent @Lee82 theyve said you havent, they just seem abit overwhelmed at present thats all.

im studying equine husbandry atm. its really quite hard to do

I am studying @Lee82, so our classes go online for lockdowns. I have a home studio that is helping to sustain me. I am also a carer for one of my daughters who has a marked disability, and a support person for another two of my 'baby dragons' who have their own struggles.
