What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Hello gorgeous, yes my poppies got finished. I changed my mind about the ones I had already made and had to redo the lot. The little street gathering for Anzac Day went well, but it didn't go as plan for me as a guest brought an unwelcome guest with her and they ended up staying at my place for about an hour after the breakfast was done. Spent the rest of the day in and out of meltdowns, it's just been a horrid week.

I do have night meds from my psychiatrist but they are not working anymore. Yes there is a lot of other stuff going on but am unsure weather I can share it here. She has gone away and I don't know when my next appointment is.

I am so glad we connected when we did, those late night chats really helped. I know we didn't communicate with in the guidelines very well 🤦🏻‍♀️ But we have come a long way I think. I have missed you terribly an in those moments when I can't trust myself to be here I listen to Beautiful In My Eyes amd Thankyou. Love you 3000 @Lee82
