Something’s not right

What’s next?

What’s next?

Sitting here listening to the bird noises (I would like to say bird song but there is too many different sounds) As I said in my getting start post, I have hit rock bottom and slipped into a crack and it has me wondering what now! I know the only way is up (as I sing that one line from a song I can't remember the rest of the words too) In my last session I finally got it, the only hand that can pull me out is my own and that scares me due to the lack of faith, well the lack of anything in myself to succeed.

So here I am, stripped raw not a memory left unexplored (that I am aware of) no secrets hidden. Now I get to start again, putting it all back together bit by bit. I know there will be lots of times I may fall backwards but I am hoping that I won't get stuck there.

Re: What’s next?

@Lee82 I go about 4 times a week twice a week with support worker and the other times with daughter. Since my neighbour left my early morning walks have taken a back seat as where I live it is a bit dodgy to say the least to walk alone at 4.30.

Re: What’s next?

@Lee82 yes I can definately appreciate that. I dont know what the answer is though .... funny I tried to express it earlier in the worry room but the moderator (fair enough) thought what I wrote was against guidelines ..... makes it hard when you want to discuss it all though and are unable without the fear of being locked away in some mental health ward.

Oh pea you have read my mind. I feel the same way. It's so hard when you have to be careful with what you say. I know the things I want to say and discuss with my psych would definitely get me into a psych ward but the burden of having all these feelings and emotions bottled up is not good. I feel like a pressure cooker.
