Wish I could tell you some good news, trying to think of some, ummmmm I've joined a gym 🙂 been going twice a week, either Pilates, yoga, hiit so far.

You're so beautiful, I can tell you are genuinely excited for me ❣️ I wish I could give you a squishy hug right now. Yes it helps, it gives me a distraction. I know it helps my mental health too but at the moment I have to remind myself of that. In time it will be apparent. For now I just keep up the commitment I've made to myself but I look forward to the drive behind going to come. It will, baby steps 🙂

I truely am. It is so wonderful to know that it makes you feel so great afterwards. The drive will definitely come for you and when it does it will be like second nature to you.
I would love nothing more than a squishy hug right now but unfortunately I have a terrible terrible cold at the moment so might not be a great idea. 😷😷

I haven't had a chance to talk to him about it much but I would say he is very excited. He had training tonight. His friends Mum took him and it has been raining all day I can imagine he would have come back full of mud....lol

I'm in the office tomorrow, massive day. Two meetings, lots of projects that I'm working on at the moment, big ones that set the year up. I like it but hard to focus at the moment.

Amazing Grace has finished. Yes I like it. Bf doesn't, lol. That's ok. I still watch it 😃
