Feeling angry

Feeling angry

Bad day today. Feeling very depressed this morning. Realky needed my husbands presence as I did not want to be alone by myself as my thoughts were consuming ne and what does he do he goes out to spend tine with his mate. Well that just set me off because he knew I was upset.
It just goes to show that people really don't understand what you are going through and sonetimes just don't care

Hi @DIZ710

I'm so sorry that has happened to you today 😞 Did he know full well that you were not coping this morning? How are you doing now @DIZ710 ??

Thanks. He says he didn't. I am feeling very lost, my head won't stop. I feel that I have failed my family because if it wasn't for me they wouldn't have to go through this.

Hi @DIZ710

hmmm do you believe that he did not know you were not coping this morning? People who don't have MI can't fully understand what it is actually like for people that do. Do you talk to your hubby about what its like for you? Does he usually try to understand the best he can?

Is he comforting you now that he is home and you have told him about your morning?
