Victoria's 5-day Lockdown - How are we all??

Hey Forum Community & Forumites,

Having just heard about the latest news on the Melbourne 5-day lockdown, our hearts are going out to the community members in Vic ❤️

With all the lockdowns last year, we know this is hard news to hear....

Just wanted to check in on how everyone is doing & encourage you all to stay in touch here over those 5 days, especially if you're struggling.

Don't forget, our help centre is available through to 10pm tonight, too.

How is everyone doing? Does anyone have any thoughts on how they'll be looking after themselves through the coming 5 days?

@BlueBay I couldn't get laptop from JB Hi Fi...lockdown so I had to pay online but

they cancelled my order because I didn't use the same email...I am angrya

The online verification is rubbish

@BlueBay I don't care if it's lockdown or not my life is the same...I don't go anywhere .....except to work and supermarket

life is so great I'm so glad to be alive...

Not really doing well. I had a stressful week and my flights home got cancelled again. Im going to the doctor today to ask for more help as my psychiatrist is booked up for a month and worry about how im going to cope

They said it could get extended the lockdown...

if everyday more and more cases ....

I saw an annoying woman pick up food

in a restaurant yesterday

It was after 530pm if I recall and it was busy for phone orders there were Indians waiting to collect the phone orders for delivery

She walks in and stands at the counter then

after pay for takeaway on the way out she said 'lockdown is good for business '

She didn't say it to the counter staff only when she was near the door about to leave

i think these people should keep their mouth shut life will be better for everyone

whats there to make stupid comment ?

how she know how busy it would have been busy before lockdown ?

there were only maybe 4 or 5 people waiting what is her problem?

She ever been to post office after 4pm or at lunch time? She deserves to stand at back of queue in busy post office time I hate her and all people like her ..maybe she never have to work in counter position spoilt by parents

I hate people who make comments for nothing

it shows how empty upstairs there's not much brain activity

maybe their parents were like that so that is why

where do they learn it from?
