If somebody is being made to feel like they're being pushed out of the job and feeling like they're not even allowed to talk for fear of being reported for everything they say and being told they're not allowed to document the same as everybody else, is that a form of work place bullying or is just being paranoid??

I believe what is happening to you is unfair and a form of bullying. I am so sorry this is happening to you- please know you have support here. It may help to talk because we unfortunately can only listen but we maybe be able to help you come up with a plan. I hear you.
