Our Experience & Stories

Our Experience & Stories

Felt down in mood this morning with feelings of panic. Did some washing and general housework to try

and distract myself. Boerdom is or can be a challenging issue to live with especially if one lives by themselves. I try to plan my day as best as my mood will allow and sometimes I think it is being kind to

oneself that should come to the fore. How do other forum members cope alone and what ideas do they

trial to overcome a sense of aloneness and loneliness. All suggestions will be gratefully received and well

wishes to each forum member - hope your day is going well. Bimby2

Re: Our Experience & Stories

Hi @Bimby2

Sorry you woke up in a down mood. I try really hard to stick to a routine, which is easier now i'm back at work inmost ways. as i just have to get moving. But i agree sometimes its also about being kind to yourself. Sometimes i find the harder I stuggle or fight against what i'm feeling themore i end up focussing on it and the more it sticks harder.

ive been really anxious and stressed lately, and im just trying to keep moving as well as i can. I've been exercising more, especially as we have our new dog and that helps a bit too.

Hope you're ok,

LJ
