Drug Induced Psychosis happening right now.

Drug Induced Psychosis happening right now.

Hello anyone who is reading this.

30 minutes ago I smoked weed with my housemates. I had 3 cones, I don't know how much is in a cone but I know it's more than I should take in one sitting. I feel like I'm going into Psychosis, I'm having delusions and seeing my entire life lived up to this point with only one perspective. When me and my friend walk into my room and I see my dirty plates and clothes all over the floor, my switch was immidiately triggered. I don't even know how people look at me, I can't see it. I feel like I've been lied to this entire time.

So thats basically how I feel

And I don't know what to do. If i call my parents they will think less of me, i really just feel like i cant do that right now. I just need someone to tell me how to breathe and tell me how to feel.

Hi @jackantrobusNobody should tell you how to feel. Your feelings are just a part of you. You can reflect on them, enjoy them, be confused by them, learn from them, master them, but only a little ..

I had a lot of paranoia smoking eating dope weed hash whatever .. and eventually I wised up that I wasnt actually enjoying it .. but it took a while.

I can gently remind you to bring your attention back to your breath.

When you get too frantic, try and plant that seed in your mind so remind yourself.

Sometimes good awareness comes from physically placingg your ahnd on your abdomen and you might notice the rise and fall of your stomach ... or hear the sound through your nostrils.

Take care ... it will pass in the meantime ... if you dont feel you have real friends, then find a safe place to curl up.

Last week my brother thought my niece had run away, but they found she had slept and hid under the house wrapped up in blankets. Her mother is often violent and very difficult so it was for different reasons ... but if you dont trust others ... trust yourself ... and get safe.

Take care

Hi @jackantrobus,

Feeling out of control can feel terrible. Have you felt like this before? And do you smoke often? I ask because 3 cones can be a tiny amount for some, for other can be heaps - it just depends on what you're use to.

My suggestion for you is to go somewhere you feel safe, and be around people that you feel comfortable around. Do you have somehwere you can go, and someone you can talk to or be around? You're more than welcome to be on here to ride it out.

Keep talking to us if that helps.
