Our experience & stories

Rarely like Saturdays as the hours stretch into infinety with not much to do that will lift a mood of depression. I will have to work towards finding more fulfilling tasks that give me some sense of achievement

so that the 'blues' don't have the upper hand. Looking forward to tomorrrow when I meet friends for a lunch

outing. Sorry to sound down in the mouth as I must count my blessings for what I have, not for what I feel

I haven't. Wish all ofthe members here a pleasant Saturday/Sunday. Thanks for this forum, too xx Bimby2

Re: Our experience & stories

Hi @Bimby2 I joined on here last week, nice to meet you. Just thought I'd say hello. Some days are worse than others, I understand. Good to hear that you have friends to go out for lunch with tomorrow.

I'm feeling frustrated that I dont have the energy or motivation to go anywhere today, I havent been out much at all this week. It does help to get out of the house, but doing it is not always that easy.

No need to appologise for writing how you feels @Bimby2. That's what this site is for. To be able to openly express yourself.
I too find some days harder than others to keep myself occupied and out of bed (my go to place when feeling down). It doesn't help being winter - I'm in country Victoria & expect 0° overnight. Boy am I looking forward to spring.
Am glad you are catching up with friends tomorrow. That sounds great.
So, any movies on tonight. Do you enjoy craft or art. I find I'm able to cope a bit better if my hands are busy - even a sudoku puzzle.
