A new day still a lot of shit thing happening in the world, my world 😞 I just started talking to a police man , he is going to help me not to be scared any more:-(<br>I'm am choosing to file reports for sexual assaults and offences :-(<br>This is just shit . Why do I feel like shit 😞 I didn't do anything wrong:-( but I was just to scared to say "no" or "stop" or "please don't" <br>This is my deep Dark evil , has been my whole life ! I am just so done with the world right now ! Fuck life really does suck sometimes.

It's kinda cute the musical gods are singing at me again 'one call away' something about superman being one call away . I just love music sometimes, it just saves my life ! It's so sweet the messages sent out in music! I just love it , heaps!

I see, well that's a good way to get the ball rolling, and an incredibly courageous thing to do. I hope it wasn't too triggering, although I can tell that it's been a very tough period for you emotionally. How do you feel now after sending the email? What do you think your next steps are?

Yeah i think I'm good now very tired, my poor brain hurts tho 😞 I think I'm the definition of bipolar just never been to a doctor , f*** me why have I not been to a doctor
