Hi I'm struggling and have been for 12mths I have bipolar am waiting on sinus operation which I've had constantly for past 12 mths antibiotics don't work anymore can only stay awake till 1pm each day no help till 29 th of June and I have my dad in PALLATIVE care 200 mts away due to covid can only visit between 2-4 in afternoon and I can't stay awake to visit him so he's lying there and I'm lying here feels horrible some days I just get so down I can't do anything

@8888 Hey 8888 welcome to the forums wish it could be under better circumstances for you. So sorry to hear about your dad plus the operation (my ex has sinus problems so I know how painful it can be). I have noticed you around so is good to see you posting now. You are right we are a friendly bunch of caring people who will stand or sit with you through the worst of it. Do not be afraid to ask for help. If you want to talk I will be on today on and off. I struggle with sinus problems, no fun at all. I hope your operation goes well, but sorry you have to wait till the end of the month.
Also sorry to heard about your dad. It’s really tough for you right now.

I understand how exhausted you are from having sinus issues. It is debilitating and prevents doing things that you want to do. I have had issues with allergies which have completely snowballed my life.
I can only imagine how it must be with visiting your dad during the current circumstances of COVID-19. It makes it challenging for all and you are doing so well through your exhaustion.
There are Allergists out there that look at sinus problems as well as other specialists. Please remember to look after yourself whilst looking after others so you take good care in yourself.
I hope you are also keeping in check with mental health professionals for your mental health as having an immediate family member like your dad in palliative care is a stressful time to go through. Make sure you reach out to someone to talk to.

but I had to cancel..I have to see another specialist....good to have you in the forums
