Normal life

Go to counsellor to help me to cut my hours back on the cyberspace. Get my life back to partly normal life.. All do is tell to stop talking to my internet friend. Not to give him money

could you elaborate a little more on what your meaning please?
I understand trying to minimise the hours spent online, it can be quite difficult to do.
im a little confused when you've said 'not to give him money' though-could you explain this abit more?
