Hi I live in a mental health housing and don't seem to be listened to
when I complain about the workers doing the wrong things to me and others .i have been sat down to talk about a cronavires and was abussed
about a complaint I had made a week ago .went to the manager told her about it there was an investigation that said nothing happened to me

I was abused last month. Eventually I sent email and lodged complaint. We will see what happens. One thing that raised alarm ... even by person who was taking it "seriously" were the words sorry you "felt abused" ... there is a difference between and feelings and actual abuse.
There is so much about the system being broken ... on the net ... they really do need to work with those within it...
