I am in need of some support systems and am having trouble finding them. I am in WA but can't seem to find support to help me back on feet, I don't think I've ever been this overwhelmed and teary. I need some help getting back on my feet badly!! But can't find it, finding it really hard!

You will find many understanding people here who can offer some tips and suggestions. Keep us updated with how you are doing and let us know what kind of support systems you have contacted already.
