I have a partner with ptsd too, and I understand your feelings! There are days when the whole world seems like it it is upside down, and other days when it is "normal" so yrs, you do feel like you are going mad!

Sounds like you are quite stressed out. There are various support organisaitons that may be able to help you, can you tell me which state you are in and I can see if I can give you the details of any organisations that could help.

Hi I am aware of the various support places available in adelaide ... Which are few and not readily available for "carers" just would like to chat when I can to someone who knows how i feel
