Something’s not right

I think i have a problem

I think i have a problem

....my background is i suffer from high anxiety, depression/PTSD.... im medicated but still have struggles where it gets the better of me... but for the past month now ive come to have a hate relationship with food and my body image.... i have no appetite, thought of eating disguists me, i need to lose weight... i havent ate much at all the past month... when i do eat i feel gross. I cant tell anyone... they wouldnt understand. I thought i was still doing ok but my bodies starting to tell me otherwise. But i cant stop how i feel about food at the moment. Has anyone struggled like this ? What do i do so i feel better? I feel like passing out alot n i cant stop body shakes and aches. I dont want my fam trying to put me in hosp. I have a young son, i work each afternoon... does it get better?

@5H3LL89. Are you able to make an appointment to see your gp? I think it would be a good starting point, In getting you back on track. Explain to your gp just as you have explained it here and he/she will understand.

I know you have fear of being hospitalised, but most treatments these days are done outside of hospital.

Good luck with moving forward to a healthier thinking pattern.
