All i can feel is their hands and i try to make them go away by scrubbing my body clean but im so dirty and i feel disgusting and like im rotting from the inside out

@kittyvomit It sounds like you have been abused, and its easy for those feelings to get "under the skin". Pls dont identify yourself with the feelings from abuse. You are yourself. Slowly over time you might get a moment respite from bad feelings/memories, remember to care for your inner child.
