I've been reasonable lately (well reasonable for me at least). Neither up nor down. Now I feel a decidedly low shift like a black cloud come over me. I'm crying and have no idea why. I feel listless and awful.
I hate mood swings as there's nothing I can do but ride it out until it passes.
Tonight is very dark indeed!

Thank you @Daydreamer27 and @frog for understanding. It is exhausting riding the waves. I've been sleeping most of the day (I made up an excuse I had a sore throat and runny nose). I've not cried today but have been isolating myself holed up in the bedroom while the rest of the family watched movies and switching back and forth from Bathurst. I know the storm will pass, it's just a matter of laying low until the sun shines again.
