Urge to yell.
Hello guys,
I have had an urge to yell for the past year and it won't go away. I have got help however it is not working. What do I do now?

@Supercoolguy Hi Supercoolguy maybe that is exactly what you should be doing. Go to a national park or to a secluded beach and yell at the top of your lungs then you wont get any funny looks. I wonder if it would get it out of your system.

having a good yell is good sometimes like @Bunniekins said , have you have any children , you could have a yelling competition butmake it just yelling , not saying things

@Shaz51@Supercoolguy reminds me of this movie called 'Network' where an actor called Peter Finch opens his office window and screams 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more'. Great movie and great actor.

I did that and I felt the same and a little more weird. I just grab a coffee nowadays and the urge to yell seems to disappear. : D
