I'm just frustrated. I can feel myself going downhill badly again and I keep getting told that Im ok and I just need to keep going.

But no one understands what's happening

I understand that feeling @Wonderingsoul. I’ve been there lots as well. It makes you feel worse. I guess it’s hard on everyone because they don’t want us to be going down and maybe therefore minimise it without really listening. I don’t have any answers for you, just to say I’m here and listening.
