Poems are freedom...

I posted this poem on another thread but I love it so much I feel compelled to post it again 😛

“I am not a Sunday morning inside four walls
with clean blood
and organized drawers.
I am the hurricane setting fire to the forests
at night when no one else is alive
or awake
however you choose to see it
and I live in my own flames
sometimes burning too bright and too wild
to make things last
or handle
myself or anyone else
and so I run.

far and wide
until my bones ache and lungs split
and it feels good.

What an explosion of words! Absolutely lovely, that is exactly what I wished to see, a

@Former-Member I have to thank you because by posting this poem it made me get out of the house and go for a walk! Tomorrow I will do the same and you never know this lil pea might end up running again 🙂 xxxxxx

@Former-Member Dear Paleofirst I do hope you are right. I have suffered a long time. I am not a perfect human being but I am a human being. The lesson in all of this is to never blindly follow the poison that others say is the truth. Always question never blindly follow.
