Hi @jamesle2015 I have insomnia i think - lots of difficulty sleeping though i think its related to ptsd. I also get sick in the stomach alot from stress, frightening experiences with people or angry people will generally make me lose what ever is in my stomach... usually about an hour after the initial event.. Not sleeping well though makes everything else so much harder so i feel for you... i wish i could say i have found something to help,, i drink tulsi tea for sleep in the evening, no caffeine after work, up until recently i did exercise most afternoons moderately. i stuck to a routine for 4 months religiously at bed time and had no screens on after a certain time. none of it helped me, one particular class of meds does help but it makes me unabel to function properly the next day... I've also tried sleep meditations, white noise, whole body relaxation exercises etc.. Hope you find a way to help you sleep better (and me).

Hi @jamesle2015,
I hate insomnia too. How did you go last night? Any better? Can others here relate to this problem?
