Hello, First post. I have a few mental illnesses, all of which are reasonably under control at the moment. I’m here to meet anyone who also has borderline personality disorder? I was diagnosed with it a couple of years ago and would love to hear from anyone else who has the same. Thanks x
Hi there. I'm also a newbie. I like your name :). I too have bpd i was diagnosed maybe 5 years ago? Recently I've completed a 6 mth course of dialectical behaviour therapy. I also somewhat ( often in denial) have a mild case of anorexia. Happy to chat :).

Re: Newbie
It does 🙂 kinda nice to know we aren't so alone in all of this. Though, damn, why do all the mental health problems pile on. I mean can't they share the love a bit. I'm glad to hear youj are in recovery. How long have you been. Good on you for getting there. 🙂

Re: Newbie
I’ve done some dbt. I think I know enough strategies etc to use it’s just a matter of having the motivation to use them in times of need.
