Hi everyone ... I remember seeing this document a few years ago, thought I would share with you all. I know it's hard at times to take time out for ourselves but hopefully this list may give you some ideas of things that we can do for ourselves.

Often when life gets busy, stressful, or tough it's so easy to forget to do the small things in life that we get enjoyment from. Thanks for the reminder - I'm sure lots of carers could benefit from eading through this list 🙂

Thanks for putting up that info @Bella1978. That’s a very diverse list. Some of those activities I would consider pleasurable; others not at all. But definitely something to think about.
So often, we put ourselves last and feel guilty if we indulge. I suppose it’s all about self care - sometimes just to survive another day.
