An example would be this one thing I'm anxious about. It's some kind of family favor where me, my mom, and my grandma are supposed to appear in a video, and I know it's not that big of a deal, but my mind's reaction is pretty much "OH NOES HOMEWORK, JUST LIKE WHEN I WAS AT SCHOOL TREATED TERRIBLY REEEEEEEEE!1!1!1!1!" (Ironically, my occupational therapist does give me homework for every Friday, and I don't really mind it. I guess it's just de facto homework that gives me that kinda anxiety.)

@Pepsimax just seeing the word anxious makes me anxious.

I was just feeling this yesterday @Bunniekins @aja675 @Pepsimax though I don't know what was behind it. Same right now; there's no apparent reason. Do you get that? It's so sapping. I try not to be down on myself on top of that because, yes, it seems completely random ![]()

At the moment just the thought of waking up in the morning makes me anxious. Give me something not remotely anxiety provoking and I'll probably get anxious about it @aja675. I've been totally ruined lately by anxiety. It is ruling my life. 😞
