New blog by schizophrenic lady to give hope to others

Hello friends

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2003 then with schizoaffective disorder then with schizophrenia again after that. They just can't make up their minds!

I am hoping tomorrow to release a blog that I will be updating every two weeks about my experiences in managing these illnesses and I hope you will enjoy it. I work 5 days per week and in my spare time I work on the blog. I'm not rich and famous yet but I can share with you the best of the best advice I have received and given myself to get where I'm going. I don't know everything so please share with me what kinds of things you think you would like to hear about so that I can address them in future blogs

Well done and kudos to you, @Former-Member for the hard work you'll no doubt put into your blog. Years ago, I kept a blog about my adventures with schizophrenia (my original diagnosis) however it fell by the wayside. Good luck with it! 🙂

Great to have you aboard and you may be interested to check out some other folders and threads like this one on schizophrenia.

It's great that you are writing a blog about your experiences with mental illness and it takes alot of courage to put one's story out there publicly. One of the things I need to bring to your attention is that, in the forum guidelines, we ask members to stay completely anonymous. So if you mention your real name, city, a service you access by their name, or any other identifying info in your blog, we could not permit the link to be made from this forum.
