Waves of SU and SH feelings.

*may be triggering*<br><br>I feel so crazy at the moment. I'm fine for the most part but every now and then I have a wave of suicidal or self harm feelings. I'm trying not to think too much because there are so many things upsetting me, that are wrong in my life that whatever I think about, jabs. My gaining weight is probably the biggest jab of all. I went through surgery to lose the weight and succeeded but now I have regained some of it back. I can't blame anyone but myself. I'm paying a gym that I can't afford really and haven't gone to for a year because I keep hoping I will go. That finally I will see the light and become disciplined. Grrrr! Grow up already!

@Victor Thanks. I've seen someone mention an email service but I don't know what it's about. What's it for? Also, still freak out about being located... can you guys locate through emailing?

The email service is really just to alert moderators of an issue, not for any specific sort of support service. We're happy to point you in the right direction if you're not finding the help you need. You could also report issues to do with the forum. That sort of stuff.
