I just noticed a thread discussing the problems with ER in hospitals being used as a goto for people in MI crisis.
Petra Brando raised this topic in her film ... apparently many more clinics for community treatment were supposed to be opened to deal with patients ... but were not.

No I dont. I will keep looking .. it is not something I want to put on son unless he asks about this type of stuff..
