Exhaustion

Exhaustion

Good evening fellow forumites,

I haven't been very active on the forum because I've been suffering with exhaustion of late. Mrs Queenie has her kids here and they've been running me ragged with activities during the school holidays. Couple this with a medication decrease and lack of sleep. Today I fainted at the swimming pool doing laps. I slept all afternoon after having something to eat.

So forgive me if I am not here as much. I'll be back on board again soon I hope.

Re: Exhaustion

I've had a stressful day, folks. I had a terrible night's sleep last night and had to get up early to travel into the city for group. While I was there, someone hit our new car (while we were parked in a parking lot). Luckily for me, I saw it happen and gave chase to grab the other driver's details. Our insurance company will now chase him as he was uninsured (why do the uninsured keep hitting us?). After that, I copped more bullying via Facebook due to the SSM plebiscite. I don't understand why people must be so unkind to others (by making really personal remarks which are downright nasty).

I just feel utterly exhausted but now we are going to be without a car yet again while we wait for it to be repaired at the panel beaters. When does it all end? I want off this carousel of madness!

Hi @Queenie, I'm sorry to hear things are so tough for you at the moment. I'm glad you were able to get the details of the driver that hit your car.

I super hope you are able to get a restful night's sleep tonight.

Re: Exhaustion

Thank you @Mazarita, @utopia and @Phoenix_Rising for thinking of me. Tomorrow is another busy day of travelling. I'll be gone for most of the day. I just hope I get better sleep tonight. I've had a medication decrease and it is adding to the hot mess of exhaustion which is me at the moment (I think anyway).

Re: Exhaustion

@Queenie, I feel for you going through medication changes and a non-stop carousel going in your outer life. It made me so mad that you were hassled online relating to the plebiscite. I know it sounds lame because you will have heard it a million times before, but remember to breathe. Hope sleep is kind to you tonight, and the day of travel goes smoothly for you tomorrow.

Re: Exhaustion

@Queenie. Changes in medication are hard times. I hope you do manage to sleep well tonight and that you are feeling more refreshed and energised for tomorrows busy day.
Sweet dreams.
