Hi @Gypsy7. Sorry to hear that you're feeling overwhelmed with everything at the moment. Moving to a share home without being able to store your stuff seems difficult too.

I don't have good suggestions for helping, but just wanted to drop you a message to show that you've been heard.

Although it sucks that you can't talk to your dad at the moment, do you think you could try writing a pretend letter to him with what you'd like to say? And maybe you could write another one back, pretending that it's him writing to you? (I dunno, could be a dumb idea so you can take it or leave it)

Hello @Gypsy7

You sound quite overwhelmed with everything at the moment which would be partly explaining feeling anxious and that you are not coping very well, it is good that you are reaching out in anyway you feel you can. Keep reaching out on the forums and talking through your concerns there are many people going through a similar thing and who are there for you. How has the rest of your day been going?

Re: Suicide planning but reaching out instead

Hi @Gypsy7,

i had to move about 16 months ago. I had my 16 yr old son to help but that was it as my family members were away. It was very stressful and a really difficult time. I collapsed in a heap once we were in as I struggled to cope for a while. I think it's harder when you don't chose to move but it's forced on you. Go easy on you because it will get easier and you'll hopefully be able to settle and breathe for a bit once it's done. I think it took me about a month to start to unpack and accept the move. For me though it was a good thing. It has turned out well and much better than I thought it would. I hope it does for you too. Hour by hour sounds a good plan.

Best wishes 😊
