Loneliness

Loneliness

Today the loneliness is creeping back. I feel by myself, no one to talk too, no one to be there for me. My fiancé always works and odd hours at that and my only family is my sister who is busy with her own family. I can't exactly pick up the phone and chat to anyone else. I'm scared because when loneliness starts creeping in I start to feel like I'm a piece of sh*t or I'm worthless or I can never do anything right and I must admit those thoughts are coming. I'm scared, I feel like a failure because I've been feeling so well and happy, than bam this comes up out of the blue. I don't know how to handle it.

Re: Loneliness

@Ateam Hi how are you. I have days like this to I find when I am driving is the worst for me I just start getting dark thoughts all I can do is try to think about something else something nice. I had a really bad week last week and ended up in tears driving home and it just comes out of nowhere. My only suggestion is to try to do something you like to take your mind off it and hopefully that will help

Aww @Ant7 I'm sorry you have felt it too. Believe it or not I find driving soothing.. pumping up the tunes, singing in my most horrible voice at the top of my lungs. It's nice to know I'm not the only one sometimes that has these thoughts and feelings.

Re: Loneliness

@Ateam thanks for your concern I appreciate it 😊 I am glad driving works for you I find Mountain biking works for me. You need to concentrate on where you are going and what you are doing or you end up eating dirt lol. So it takes my mind off stuff.
