I reached out on here for the first time last night, but my comment seems to have been deleted. I feel so incredibly sad. I just wanted to feel less alone but now feel even more so 😞 Why would this happen? Did I cross a line or something? I didn't write anything offensive or nasty or overly morbid, and received no warning or notification. My comment just isn't there any more and it really hurts

From what I can see the moderator did try and email you a couple of times. They felt the post was inappropriate for the forum as it may have been triggering for other users and asked you to modify it. They did not hear back from you. Did you receive any emails?

I'm sorry there's been confusion! I did read your post and thought that you have achieved so much and had a lot of determination! The situation with your relationships sounds so frustrating and heart breaking and I was glad that you are here, as I know that others here have struggled with some similarish (no two situations are identical). I really hope that you can edit your original post and resend it as a lot of people would benefit from reading your post and will be able to respond and related to it so much.
So... despite a mucky start to the forums, i really hope you stay, its a wonderful caring community!

I keep trying to "like" your comments but the blue thumb isn't responsive. I haven't got the hang of all this yet so please excuse my failure to tag you earlier too. @Former-Member It's hard on an iPhone. To be truly honest, I feel utterly devastated that my post was considered damaging. I read other people's and thought I was responding in kind. Sadly this is the nature of the beast. I identify with others and share my story, hoping to feel connected, but it only pushes people away. I won't do it again. You've been kind, thank you.

I wish you'd been able to tell me that last night @Former-Member it was very hard for me to write what I did, and when I had no response and then it simply disappeared, I sank a notch deeper. I'm in a pretty dark place at the moment and think it's probably best I stay away in case I put myself in that position again. It's too dangerous
