I'm fighting Suicide alone I feel trapped I wanna die I'm getting worse I can't fight alone I see no way out help me see a way out light in the drakness rescue my hope cos atm it's fadding

i know what that is like @Evie1 - sometimes there is only the darkness to see... but then there are glimpses out sometimes. We never know what is coming or possible until it happens. When i was 21 i couldnt imagine that less than 24 months later i'd be holding my daughter... and no matter what else i've been glad she's here ever day. we just dont know what is going to change or how or when. but we have to be here for it to change... or so im tellng myself tonight too... and feeling like its all crud at the same time. sorry! i wonder if itd be a good time to call life line or suicide call back line?

is there aything that you've wanted to do? travel? do? something else? my brain isnt working... is there something that you can hold onto - even if it feels like a remote dream right now... or something sooner like an appt tht is booked that you should attend and you can put off thinking anything else until youve attendd your appointment?

I hope you are okay Evie. I often feel alone too. The world is such a hard place to be in but there are some good things and good people, they can just be hard to find. There are some good caring people on here. Can you think of something nice you once did? A nice memory? If you did something nice once or felt nice once it can happen again. You are not alone.

not sure what you mean? i feel alone in the 'real world' alot. i dont have family etc so have to get through things best i can, so greatful to have here. not sure most people who havent been in this dark hole can really understand either... might be just me though. @Evie1

The moderator has just really pushed me over the edge so I'm gonna have to show someone cus I think it's gone against what I want
