Something’s not right

Niggling problems that can be fixed but reoccur time and time again (whatever it may be)

Niggling problems that can be fixed but reoccur time and time again (whatever it may be)

I'm big on getting the most out of life and reaching my full potential. But this is life we're talking about. Problems will and do occur. And it's not that they can't be fixed. It's getting the right counsel, support and guidance to deal with them. (When I say full potential -I mean what somebodies circumstances, abilities will allow. Our very own dream which is calibrated just for us as individuals)

There's lots of stuff in life that is there to be enjoyed. (Life is there to be enjoyed) but sometimes we can get caught up in trivial, controversial (easily fixed problems) which deteriorates our sanity and peace of mind. -bye this point I'm hoping all who read can relate to what I'm talking about.

As silly as it may be or may seem. Let's talk about problems... 😄

-not making the most of grand and beautiful opportunities. -something small you've been wanting to deal with. -wanting to tell somebody how you feel and what your thoughts are -wanting or needing more or less of something? That's in your control? Looking after the people who are closest to us...

Let's see what we can all bring to the table... -thoughts, feelings and actions... how do we get the most out of them...???

Hi there @eudemonism

Thank you for starting this thread, I think this is such a wonderful idea. Focusing on those small changes or goals that we cotinually have to overcome in everyday life, sometimes these can be the hardest as they eventually lead us to bigger life changing goals. To focus on the smaller ones allows us to feel more control and success.

One thing that came to mind for me, is being more polite to people in my every day life. So no matter where I go, I am trying my best to smile and be polite, without expecting a polite response in return, I also really try to do this to people who are rude to me (hard to do, but just needs more control). I am fnding that it not only changes my mood, but sometimes I get a wonderful reward from a stranger who is polite back.

So when I mean polite, for me this is smiling, explaining my intentions, being assertive, asking how someone is, giving them a compliment or even cracking a joke.

I look forward to hearing others 🙂

Yep I'm sure that one would serve all of us well @Former-Member -I go out of my to say hello or Good morning to most people. But not all reactions are the same. -it's a timely reminder of certain things I have researched.
