Re: My heads always sad and paranoid

Hello @Lz andwelcome to the forums.

I hope you're doing okay today.

It's @Taali here sending support to you.

Can you tell me a little about yourself?

I'll start by telling you that I've been accessing the SANE site for about 18 months and have found it to be a warm and very safe place. It enables us to share our lived experiences with others, to help others who may be struggling with mental health issues and to access truly valuable support from others when we are in need.

My general (very loose) profile is that I suffer from MDD, high anxiety for which I have been self-medicating for some time now. I also present with some borderline manic behaviours.

Sounds like I'm loading on you, which I'm not, just trying to give a little sense of me.

I really am looking forward to hearing about you.

As I say that we are a very diverse community who welcome all here and able to provide safe connections and support.

Please only share what you're comfortable with and enjoy the benefits of this space.

I hope your life journey is helped here 💛

@Taali 💙

@Lz

Welcome.

I have had a lot of sadness, and found it a curious journey finding other feelings... ???

Sometimes, music or hobbies help shift my mood...

Does anything like that move you?
