New on this journey myself. AI seems to be useful in gaining understanding and confidence. Plan ahead to get into places where you can meet people of the same label. Places where you can plan an exit if needed for a quick breather or to reset and maybe even exit. Little steps make big changes. Always got here where judgement is less likely
